Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco, a Canadian-American singer and songwriter. She's released over 20 albums. DiFranco classifies her music as folk-rock or alternative. But it contains influences such as punk, hip-hop, and jazz. Ani diFranco was the first artist to establish her own record label in 1990. Ani is widely considered as a feminist icons. DiFranco has two daughters: Elizabeth (Ross), and Dante Americo DiFranco. They began their relationship at their school, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her father is of Italian ancestry and her mom was a Montreal native. Ani Difrasco wrote and sang the track "32 Flavors".
