Sharp was born from Rochester, New York, Sharp was immersed in music and was a clarinet player as well as piano and cello at the world-class Hochstein School of Music. The Boston Conservatory offered her a grant for her school's theatre. Cum Laude graduated with a B.F.A. Sharp turned her attention to the stage. Sharp performed on the Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp made her debut Off Broadway with Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. And she played eight roles in the comedy interactive Eat the Runt. Other theatrical productions include: Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin', Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp performed alongside the playwright August Wilson himself. Sharp also has other projects that she is working on alongside her productions for stage and screen. A full-length recording is being planned. She continues to sing. If she's not in the front or behind the camera, or working in a studio to record songs, Sharp has a love of fitness. She is always shape boxing and studying Krav Maga.. She likes piano as well as well as long, arduous road trips. Sharp has a family home and her family in Los Angeles.
